Participants must take care of their accommodation for their stay in Marrakech. The host Parliament has selected several hotels near the conference venue as official hotels.

Hotels List
Participants are responsible for accommodation, travel, international medical coverage and travel insurance, as well as incidental expenses.
In order to ensure all bookings, participants are requested to make their reservation through the platform: www.ipu.ma.
To facilitate the process of identifying the place of reservations, please send the confirmation of the composition of your delegation, as well as the arrival dates and the name of the hotel of your choice,by 31 May 2023, by email to the Secretariat of the Moroccan Parliament at ipu.info@parlement.ma and m.benjnane@parlement.ma.
Deadline for reservations
As the city of Marrakech is a tourist destination and the period chosen for the conference coincides with the peak tourist season, the deadline for reservations is May 31, 2023, covering the period from June 12 to 16, 2023. Beyond this deadline, the host parliament will not be able to ensure a reservation.
